Marketing: Taking the first step
Some days a marketing/branding program can seem overwhelming -- especially when you're trying to focus on the strategy for the next 3 years, budget for the coming year, analyze the current year, tweak the last 3 months of the year. (You get the picture!) And you're trying to fit that all into running a business where marketing for your business is a fraction of all your responsibilities/duties.
